CROSSFIT KIDS | 5-10 YEARS
Our Crossfit for Kids class offers an exciting and dynamic approach to fitness for children aged 5-10. By combining fun games, interactive learning and functional movements Crossfit Kids is designed to nurture a positive relationship with exercise, encourages teamwork, and equips children with the tools they need to lead active and healthy lives.
Activities are crafted to feel like playtime rather than traditional exercise routines. These games not only keep kids engaged but also challenge their coordination, balance and teamwork skills.
One of the core aspects of CrossFit Kids is teaching fundamental movement patterns. Through guided instruction, children learn to squat, jump, push, pull, and perform other basic movements with proper form.
CROSSFIT TEENS | 11-16 YEARS
Our CrossFit Teens classes provide a balance between structure and fun, offering workouts that are designed to challenge and encourage growth in young athletes.
Teens are introduced to partnered workouts that encourage collaboration, communication, and teamwork. These workouts not only cultivate a sense of camaraderie but also teach important life skills such as accountability, support, and effective communication.
This class takes fitness education to the next level by introducing teenagers to more advanced movements, including Olympic lifts such as the clean and jerk and the snatch. Through careful guidance and supervised practice, teens learn the technical aspects of these movements, enhancing their coordination, strength, and power.
