How long have you been doing CrossFit and how did you get started?
I have been doing CrossFit since 2016 after been asked by a friend to go with them.
What made you want to start coaching and what do you enjoy about it?
I've always loved helping people but with coaching i just love seeing people improve and helping them reach their goals.
What are you most passionate about in terms of fitness coaching?
My greatest passion lies in Olympic weightlifting. I get so much satisfaction from seeing people achieve new personal bests or driving themselves into perfecting their lifting techniques.
What do you want people thinking of starting CrossFit to know?
You're going to meet some amazing new people and have a laugh all whilst striving to become a better version of yourself each day.
