How long have you been doing CrossFit and how did you get started?
I started in 2015 and wanted to try a new sport after giving up playing football after i had my daughter.

What made you want to start coaching and what do you enjoy about it?
My journey into coaching began after I developed a passion for Crossfit. As I improved myself I noticed that female members were approaching me, seeking guidance on improving their technique or help mastering various gymnastic skills. It was during this time that I discovered that i gained a lot of satisfaction from helping others in chasing their fitness goals, which in turn steered me onto the coaching path.

What are you most passionate about in terms of fitness coaching?
Gymnastics skills.

What do you want people thinking of starting CrossFit to know?
Just get started. Whatever your fitness level or ability, you can get stuck in and become part of the community. Everything is adaptable to suit where you're currently at!
